I get up at 8 am. Do chores, have breakfast, get ready I am off to the hospital by 9.45 am. I am home by 7.30 pm, I have dinner, clear up the house, lie down for a (while tired of sitting in one place for 9 hours), household chores till 10.30 pm, spend time with hubby till 12 midnight. I need 8 hours of sleep & I have just been unable to get up early in the morning (been trying for 2 years now). I have access to gym but can go there only from 6.00-7.00 am because I live in a joint family & I cant go for the 7-8 am session. Please advise.

Dinner is cooked by my cook while I am at work.
Only Sunday is a holiday. I work out for an hour on Sunday.
I get to spend just 30 mins in morning & 1.5 hour at night with my hubby.

I would say that you are not really interested in your health! Why? You are losing plenty of time in the morning and in evening which can othewise be used for your exercise. Firstly - getting up early morning (say 6 - 6.30) and walking for an hour or jogging for about half hour will help you a lot. Secondly from your time between 7.30 to 10.30 pm can also be reduce by one hour so that you gain one hour of sleep. Spending time with hubby...you didnt mention what time is your hubby available for you..assuming that after dinner he is there..how long do you really spend quality time with him??I hope you agree it is not the amount of time you spend but how you spend it counts. Instead of 12 if its up to 11 you gain one more hour to wake up early..I know it is easy to give advise and it is always not possible for you to follow those advises. IT IS YOU WHO HAS TO MAKE UP YOUR MIND TO DO WHAT YOU WANT!! Best of luck!

Suitable Time For Exercise

You require 8 hrs sleep &as you sleep at 12 you have not been able to get up earlier than 8 AM.
I suggest you sleep at 10.30 PM & cut down on time to be spent with hubby for at least 5 days a week.. Then you can get up at 6.30 AM & will be able to get at least 1 hour for exercise at home. You need not go to Gym for exercise.

If you start exercising you probobly won't be as tired and won't need to lie down for a while. You tend to get more energy and stamina as you exercise. Try starting slow for like 15 mins and if you find more time up your workout time. On Sunday, try to get a really good workout in since you have the most time on that day. Good luck, and I hope everything works out! :-)

You have to have will and determination if you really want to exercise. And that is early in the morning is the best time. Little by little does it. Start twice a week, then thrice a week, then 4 x and then everyday....be persistent and consistent. There is no other way to do it.

Hai its very simple to do exercise.Yes,for a person like you also .Look , i know it's very risk only but according to me there is no other go to do.You get up early in the morning .I know it will be painfull to you to get up early because you go to bed only at 12 pm.You better low your time with hubby till 11.30 & get up with your huby @ 7am .It's waste to lose your time & precious money in gym .Im prescribing this to you as a dietician . you & your hubby do exercise in morning & enjoy your time in the pleasant morning. if any doubt please mail me @ gulabjamun88. i'm always 4 people like you!
