No one can fast on the day of Eid .
It is actually Haraam to fast on the day of Eid.
It sounds very strange that certain people in your country celebrate Eid on different days.
If the moon has been cited for Eid then all fasting will have to stop!

Do you mean in the same country?
Fasting is not allowed in the first day of Eid..but in the 2nd and 3rd day is ok.
If you mean that other people in other countries celebrate Eid while it's still Ramadan where you live you should follow your country and complete your fasting.

No, you can't fast in the 1st day of Eid
and preferably wait until the Eid is over (Eid is only 3 days)

do u know why?cuz our prophet mohamed said that and he didin't fast in the first day and even the second and third and the Imam in the jame3 said it today after the pray of Eid

yes if you live in different time zone, but if you live in the same time zone then no and you have to wait tell Eid is over.

u must not care about other countries cuz the new moon appeared in there country but it did not in our country so we will continue to fast till we see the new moon at 30 Ramadan.... after Ramadan is ends u can fast only in the 2nd day of ead but not the 1st .(if u want to start fasting the 6 white days )
