Did anyone find interesting, useful and decent chat room via Yahoo Messenger with Voice for UK internet users?

All chat rooms have taken over by sex industry.
People are using bad language by voices and texts.
Do Yahoo aware about this matter?
When would Yahoo take any efforts to build decent chat rooms at least for UK users on Yahoo Chat?
Is there any Government body regulates internet structure in UK especially to keep an eye on online child abusers?

This same thing gets to me, there should be some policing of all the smut and language that is being used, swearing is a lack of vocabulary.
