The only thing that is certain about the birth of an individual is Death, and every individual wants to resist death.
This is where the difference between the quality and quantity comes in. It is not important as to how much u wealth u hav acquired or how long we hav lived. But what is important is how u hav spent ur life and how people remember u even after ur death. So ultimate aim of life should be to not only to imporve the well being of mankind but improvement of all living being as a whole.

The ultimate aim of life!. The wonder full thing to ask and hear.
According to one old Tamil verse it is as follows

Do you attain a state where your thoughts are ceased,

Do you roast all your older karma's so that they can not germinate ? ,

Do you attain Sahaja Sthithi in which you are not committing any new karma (good or bad),
All this are for what? To attain mukthi or motcha.
Mukthi means libration . Liberation from life and death.
'Punarabi jananam punarabi maranam ".

To over come this janana and marana one must strive.

Because an ordinary life is common for all kinds of living in world.
All spieces are born to one parent, grow to its limits and regenerate as per nature's rule and finally embrace death.
But humans only can think to get out of this cycle and they only can come out of this.
So this must be the ultimate aim of life!

There is only one requirement that life has for all living organisms.. and that is to adapt, procreate, and then die. This is the fastest and easiest way for an organism to improve the chance of survival for its species. The longer a species survives, the more it evolves allowing it to compete with other species for survival. Everything else in life is just a means to an end.

Is life an end in itself or means to a greater more creative begining , why are we here ? To achieve, to avenge, to earn or is everything that we do just a learning experience. Maybe all that we learn today is helping us towards our own evolution and the evolution of everyone around us everything we are doing is taking us to a greater higher form of humanity or godliness everything that we suffer enjoy or gain is nothing but a learning. and teh aim of life is to learn adquately in the time that we have on earth. feel everything see everything and learn from it .
