In the wise words of the great Billy Connolly on dieting eat less and move more!

Try this take everthing out of your bedroom pull the carpet up sand the floor then wax it or varnish it put every item back one at a time and don't stop to eat only drink water! (don't do this its just silly) but the water is a good idea

Tara U cannot set targets as u like. U actually start working towards yr target.

The target can be discussed with ur doctor and dietician or any pyhsical trainer or expert.

Consider this If You are over 35 years and over weight then do the following.

Take blood test and see ur sugar level in blood, i.e A-1c test is recommended.

Then take a lipid profile test and count ur LDL levels.

Then decide a kind of excercise and religiously follow.

U must eat only what u are recommended to eat and follow strict diet discipline.

If medication is recomended for cholestral or for any other border line or preventive medication strictly take the pills as advised.
.
Never ask or try any pill or medicine which cuts ur weight. Never believe that. It may be dangerous.

Now follow those rules and see ur weight evaporating in thin air gradualy.

U must also know BMI (body mass index, Food indexes, etc )

Half the effort to reduce weight is education and diet balance is excersise and medication.

All the best.

The only way is to starve really. It is a lot of weight to lose in a short space of time. It really wouldn't be healthy however you probably know that.

Drink lots of water and liquidise all food stick to proteins only and if you feel faint then maybe have some carbs.

Do not try to exercise as you will not be replacing the stuff you are using up to train.

Once a week trick your body into thinking it is not being starved and have a burger in chips.

If you do slip by the wayside and eat chocolate or similar you can chew it then spit it out. You still get the taste and you don't get the calories

I'm not sure exactly how that translates to pounds, but if you're looking to lose weight, you might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

Exercise that pushes your heart rate closest to your targeted heart rate is the most suitable exercise to get rid of fat. You should exercise with sufficient intensity to raise your pulse rate, which in turn speeds up the fat loss process. The exercises that bring your heart rate close to your targeted heart rate will boost your metabolism, which will lead to fat loss.Besides, making you look better, weight loss offers hosts of other health benefits. When you reduce 10-15% of your weight, your chances of suffering from heart attack, diabetes as well as cholesterol levels go down. Hence if you are thinking of getting started, the best time to get started is now.Commitment is the most crucial factor to get any exercise program started.

I think it's a serious mistake to try to lose 10 Kgs within a month! You are trying to overpower the cognitive program that is embedded within your intelligence system.
But here's my proposal for reasonable lost of weight:
just drink two glasses of pineapple juice and one of lemon juice without eating anything else - in the morning time!
Thanks!

Exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet. These are very important. You can take out sports like running, because this sport is easier to loose weight from my point of view.

For me, heavy breakfast, mid size lunch and fruit/vegetable only dinner. No snacks and no sugar. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. It helped me.
