Why do you keep asking questions on here. You need to speak to someone else about this, i.e running a business such as this to see if you have the right credentials.

i suggest u watch Eddie Murphy's "Daddy Day Care" or something of that sort. It gave pretty good ideas on how to run a kindergarten. A mixture of fun and little dash of work in. U could ask ur neighborhood kids or ur prospective students what they would like to do.I am sure they will come u with pretty interesting ideas(kids have such a fertile imagination!).Good luck!

you do not need to have the latest gizmos to attract children or parents. A safe environment, one conducive to learning is more of an appeal. Encourage visiting guests with unique skills, like local sports groups etc and have a theme running.
A swimming pool and gizmos get boring and have you really got the money to continue refreshing them?

I dont wish to be rude, but do you actually have any qualifications? You dont seem to know very much about running a kindergarten (suggesting putting a pool in etc). If I were I would go back to college etc and get some qualifications.
