At University theres this girl im friends with and also like, she will often grab my arm when we are talking or make physical contact of some kind
I dont have this connection with any other girls, and have never seen her do it to anyone else
Thing is she has a boyfriend, but weve had the attraction/flirting between us for 8 months
Does this mean anything, or is it just my mind telling me it is?
Do girls around 18/20 only touch if they are interested? I dont think she is a tease

I'd say the touching is enough evidence to indicate some interest in you. You might want to ask her in passing about her relationship with the BF. She may begin to regale you on whatever joyous and great thing they have, OR perhaps want discuss some problems they could be having. If she discusses their problems, she definitely touches you because she wants you. Maybe they're swingers? Whatever happens, have fun!

While some girls tend to touch alot without really thinking about it, a girl who doesn't usually show this type of behavior usually does it because subconciously she wants to be close to you.
Whether she is just flirting or is hoping for something more is something you'd have to ask her.

Some people are just "touchers".
That being said, there's no reason not to call her out on it. Next time she puts her and on your arm or wherever, just ask her if she'd like to go to dinner and a movie.
If she doesn't jump back, then plan a romantic meal and a chick flick after. If she goes through that and doesn't know your intentions are to date her, then she's too stupid to date, any way.

You just need to ask her. She definitely sounds interested in you, so when you ask you can say "well I thought maybe I could be your boyfriend, we get along pretty well and it sounds like he is never around" or whatever. She could have been completely lying about it, and saying something like that would let give her the chance to get off the hook by saying "yeah, I never see him any more, I'm going to tell him we're broken up". btw.... Valegelina? I wonder if she lied about her name, lol

Somegirls just automatically touch when they are talking, but you said she doesnt do it to anyone else, maybe she finds youn attactive and isnt happy with her boyfriend.. the ebst thign is to stop wasting your time here and ask the girl before a chance passes you by

i think so by touching/ grabbing mean interested becoz if a girl don't really like u so much she will not touch or grab u...
if u still curious about this better u ask her what does she mean by grabbing n touching u....
and she angry without means she doesn't like but she is using u......
if she smile means she really interested in u.........
