I doubt it. Windows 98 is considered obsolete by Microsoft which means no updates. The problem with the newer versions of Windows is that they are designed to work with the new computer chips and processors. I tried updating an old computer of mine with Windows XP and it would freeze up when starting up. I removed the software and now I only use the computer offline.

Download from the net...no...thats illegal..

You need to find or buy a legal copy of windows 2000, boot up with it...and format your computer deleting the previous partition.
