No more so than anyone else. Bipolars are far more dangerous to themselves: between 15 and 25% of untreated bipolar sufferers will commit suicide.

If your SO is bipolar, they need treatment and they need to stick to it. I've been bipolar for over 25 years, and married for 20 and I haven't killed anyone yet.

My husband was bipolar. Wouldn't take meds. He committed suicide 5 years ago.
