Given a choice of coffee, tea, or me, I would obviously be the best choice, . . . .or how about all three?

But to answer your question . . . . . . .All three . . . . .er . . . I mean both.

Advantage point for:
- Tea -

Tea has less caffeine than coffee.
Green tea has many health benefits known to Chinese for century's.

- Coffee -

Best when prepared with fresh ground beans.

Coffee in moderation only. Great for an occasional caffeine buzz.
It is also medically good as it removes toxins from the kidneys.
Reason for need to go to the bathroom just after coffee. Cleaning out your kidneys.

Coffee grounds make good fertilizer for plants, like tomatoes.

Also use to store night crawlers (Worms) for fishing. Makes the worms hyper. . . .(Caffeine buzz?) . . . . . Catch Lot's of fish.

Your question prompted me to think . . .I will grind some beans and brew me a fresh cup!

Tea or coffee at breakfast, coffee after dinner and tea with my tea. If out and about and stopping form refreshment then I would always have coffee.
Milk no sugar unless coffee bitter then a bit of sugar to taste.
For a night time drink I love milky coffee (decaf) with a dash of some creamy liqueur thrown in. Yummy!
