I buy frozen garlic toast and prepare it according to the package directions.
I then add a slice of provolone to each slice and place them on a cookie sheet under the broiler until bubbling and golden, just a minute or three.

This is the one I love best. Its a cardiologist's nightmare, but its yummy.

1 jar of Kraft Old English Cheese Spread.
1 stick of butter.
1 cup of mayonaise.
Italian parsley.
Minced garlic (lots and lots is best)
1 loaf of fresh italian or french bread.
A handful of fresh grated parmasean or romano cheese.

Place the stick of butter and cheese spread in a microwave safe bowl. Nuke it for around a minute or until you can stir the butter and cheese together. Add mayonaise until you have a nice spreadable consistency. Add chopped parsley and lots of minced garlic. Slice the loaf of bread open and spread both halves with the mixture. Sprinkle the grated parm or romano over the top. Wrap the bread in foil and bake until its bubbly and hot. Then remove the foil and set it under the broiler until the bread is toasted to you tastes and the cheese spread browns some.

250 ml butter
2 tablespoon / 5 crushed garlic cloves.
salt & pepper
250 ml cheddar / mozzarella cheese.

Mix butter, garlic, salt and pepper.
Place knobs of butter mixture in each slice of the bread and top with the cheese. Cover with tinfoil and place in oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees or untill cheese and butter is melted.

Spread butter (or olive oil or margarine) on a piece of yummy bread. Cut up some garlic into small pieces. Spread the garlic on top. Put some sliced or shredded cheese on top of that. Broil it.
