yes... so if you're a guy and you have a tattoo on your face - you will still have to shave. Women still have to shave their legs

They shave hair before doing a tattoo. I have a few on my legs and the hair does grow back, it just seems like less of it. So yes, the hair will keep growing.

yes Hair will grow over tattoos.

But they do shave the area in some cases before applying the tattoo. This grows right back normally.

Yes they do. All that is happened is that the ink has been etched into the skin, the hair folicle is unharmed. Some people tend to shave the area where they have been tatooed, but in most cases the tattoo is so vivid that you don't notice the hairs.

Before i had a tattoo i thought it wouldn't carry on growing for some strange reason, got the fright of my life when i realised that hair carries on growing, who would of thought??

Not true for sure. I have 4 tattoos, 2 on the tops of both wrist, one on the bottom of the left wrist, and 1 above my right ankle. The 2 on the tops of my wrist and the one above my ankle still grow hair through them.
