Vitamin A is an essential vitamin to have to help boost your immune system. It is found in Liver, fortified milk, carrots, squash, brocolli and green leafy vergebles (e.g. cabbage). Vitamins C and E are great antioxidants. Vitamin C is found in citrus fruit, strawberries, brocolli and green peppers. Vitamin E is in Corn, brown rice, vegetable oils, nuts and wheat germ. Selenium is an antioxidant that works with Vitamin E, found in seafood, liver & kidney, grains and seeds.

Hi there !
Theoretically speaking, we cannot name any fruit which contains "everything" which will boost up your immunity !
Best thing is...have fruits regularly ..whatever seasonally available ....
Have vegetables also..simple rule is to have at least one vegetable salad daily, either with dinner or lunch..!

Citrus fruits with vitamin C I think are supposed to help do this. Though someone told me that this is just a rumour. Still I do fine eating oranges, which are my favorite fruit, btw.
