carrot cake. Seems to go first at church meetings. Probably any cake that is a little heavy and has some substance to it is good for most any occassion. Not too sweet icing is better thatn very sweet.

im not rili good with the jargon in making cakes but i love chocolate cakes and cakes that have fluffy interior rather than foamy..
