The mold only grew because the flower wasn't completely dry. Use spirit to kill the mold, it will dehydrate it and kill it. Ethanol at 70% or higher might be hard to get hold of, so you can use rubbing alcohol of metholated spirits ... color loss could be a side effect but mold growth can destroy the whole specimen. Anyway, you can probably easily press another one if the alcohol damages it.

i think u might want to becareful with the alcohol, i think it tends to strip away the colors. i normally have them pressed outside in the sun to make sure moisture is gone and change paper daily or more dependin the type of plant. paper towel tends to soak better than newspaper. and then i would put in the freezer to freeze any bugs that might be on the plant so it wont deteriorate.

wipe it gently with 70% alcohol (ethanol).Then keep it in sun for a day or two and then store it.
