Check with your neurologist. there are several prescription drugs that are supposed to do that. they are used in people with alzhiemers, dementia and some peoploe who have had a cva
( cerebrvascular accident)

Your doc is going to have to help you find out exactly why you have reduced blood flow to the brain and what to do about it. You might have low blood pressure (for which there are medications) or some other problem. We can't fix you on here without knowing exactly what is causing the reduced blood flow. You could try exercize but if you have some underlying condition and you start an exercize program without talking to your doctor first you could be in BIG TROUBLE. I doubt that many people on this site are doctors, because they can get paid for answering questions like this. So don't trust them. Trust your doctor.
