plz give some exsamples, is coke better then coffe, cause i have school at 6 and its 5:10 right now and i cant sleep

its cause we had fall break and i stayed up till like 9 or 10 am

If you have school in 50 minutes...

get up, take a shower, eat some breakfast... it's almost time to go!

here's a natural way:

sit up straight , spine straight, feet on the floor, start breathing into the bototm of your lngs and not just the top, then into your stomach, watch your stomach go in an out like a little balloon. this will help.

to go further, do this: put your thumb on one nostril (closing it) and breath out through the other. bretahe in again (nice long slow breath) then put your middle finger on the other nostril, open the first one you clsoed and exhale.... inhale again and change fingers back, so basically you exhalke and inhale thru one nsoril and then inhale exhale thru the other, do it fro a minute or so, not longer... keep it smooth and gentle and belive me it will work, great, you'll feel relaly refreshed and more alert...

(its called 'pranayam' and its an ancient yoag tecnique. its scientific. it works.

Any Cafene drink will helpI Coffee, if it's caffenated and instant. You can add more coffee to the cup and make the drink stronger.

I was going to be a smart-*** and say my husbands snoring, but I would have to say tea has more caffeine then coke or coffee...Poor baby you don't have much time...

Do some vigorous exercises and follow by a cup of coffee..

i think coffee is best, then energy drinks like red bull, then mountain dew, then coke. but unfortunately, sleep is the best example. :)
