If you really like her and care about her as a person and are attracted to her as well, why DON'T you want to date her?

She sounds like exactly the sort of person that it would be best to date.

Is it because you (or she) isn't single? Or don't you want to ruin a good friendship?

I can say that as a woman I'd be really offended if a good friend said that he wanted to sleep with me, but didn't want to be my boyfriend. I'd be worrying what was so wrong with me that it was alright to fool around but not to commit.

Be exact and tell her your physically attracted to her and ask her if she's interested in being friends with benefits with no strings attached but be carefull usually somebody will probably get to attached and possibly get hurt or she could be upset about that and you'll lose a good friendship, is a friendship worth losing over just a toss around the sack?

that sorta means your interested and your not sure if she is or not. Well, i'd say you should be friends with her even better first, and something like that bro should come from the heart... or somewhere around that area xD

Maybe ask her on a date? and figure it out from there

i advice you to talk to her about this carefully to not hurt your/her feelings, doing so;she would understand you.
if ever she is sensitive, better give her more time....
