Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/vhPA3

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

Eat, eat, fu*king eat, eat eat!

Have a small meal every 2.5-3hrs - rather than three large ones everyday.

Eat, pasta, cheese, tuna, stuff high in protein - try some meal replacement powders , they might help.

BUT after two weeks you might stop getting fatter, so up the calorie intake by 500 - up it again every two weeks.

Or just ask the next fat person how they became so fat - but like most fat people they might blame it on a medical condition...and that wouldn't be helpful.

You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results should you work hard. Get a skipping rope, skip for two a few minutes, do push ups for 1 minute, skip for two minutes, rest for example minute. Then change the push up to something else like sit ups as well as do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a quick, effective workout that will improve results than a long run or swim.

First off, you're going to want to move as little as possible, so take a few weeks off of work. Also, this way, no one will see you until you're done training. Generally, don't plan on leaving your house. Rent all of your favorite TV shows and watch them, all day long, for a few weeks.
Second, eat whatever you normally eat, just much more of it. You can expect nausea for the first few days. That's normal. Also, avoid water. Stick to thicker fluids, like syrup, instead.
Good luck!

Join the police force, I know in USA, you get free food at all the Micky D's, Taco Hells, or Donut shops.. They have weight limits to be a cop, but they all turn lard *** or fat lesbians not long from graduating afterward!
Donuts, Hot Chocolate, Cappacino, and the most fattening, best tasting substances on earth.................Cheesecake amd eggnog!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....eggnog!
I weigh 120, btw, but live on that stuff 2 months every year.........oh put some good whiskey in there too..........there;s more calories, and twice as enjoyable!!! Good luck to ya.

what you could do to do this is eat carbs and sugary fatty foods mainly in evening then sleep. wear baggy clothes so no one notices. But why the heck are you doing it? are sorts of problems arrise like cholesterol, stroke heart atack, heart desease and to put on or lose weight quickly is easiest way to get diabetes.
i think you should speak to a friend first this is not good for anyone

Eating lots of sugary foods (e.g chocolate) and basically any junk food you can get down your neck. Do as much moving around as possible to save on using up calories and that should put you on track.

But why would you want to get fat quickly, very unhealthy!

Why do you want to get fat quickly? Are you trying to hide a pregnancy? If so, it will only work for a couple of months. The truth will come out.
