I believe all that has to be done by hand...panels need to be cut using a scribe...and circular buildings have to be roughed in/designed according to a compass...as would the bottom plates be scribed as well...I would use the bottom plate for a template on the top plate...another trick we came up w/ in carpentry was to use a chalk design imprinted on the junction box and then lay the panel against it and that would give us an exact imprint of where to make our cut out...I would use this method to lay out a bottom plate...a template...i hope this helps...gl...
