1. drink 1-2 glasses water BEFORE & AFTER a meal

2. stick to non-fattening foods (if ur really serious in slimming down that is) like fish, veggies, fruits etc

3. try to walk like 30mins-1hr/day..maybe around your village or on a treadmill

4. eat SLOWLY..so that ull fill up fast.

5. try doing things in the house that make u sweat like re arranging ur furniture etc

6. dont use slimming pills!!some have side effects that may put u in danger

7. try engaging in sports if u have the time like playing badminton at home (its fun! u wont even notice that u shed some lbs)

8. small frequent meals...NEVER MISS A MEAL!!this doesnt help at all

9. Go to the gym if u can ( but i heard once u stop, u will have the rebound effect)

The Rapture is the blessed hope for the Christians. And for 7 years hell on earth.The Christians are with God and His Children in heaven during the time of the tribulation. After the tribulation the Lord will set up his kingdom here on earth for a 1000 years. I strongly recommend that people give there lives to Jesus now while there still time.God help those who are left behind.

Forget it, you'd have to do something seriously unhealthy and even then you would only lose water and glycogen. Get the gym to give you a proper diet and exercise plan and stick to it; a lifestyle change is the only way to lose weight and keep it off.

plenty of water drink heaps of it if youre real hungry it will stop you over eating plus it will help flush your system
the gym can be something you go to for a while but then just give up> best to find something you can always do like walking and its free < you need to change to healthy lifestyle not just two weeks of intense gym> good luck

do according.

moring:
1)wake up,
2)do a cycle(rotation) workout
-push up 20sec.>jog 30sec.>crunches 30sec.>jog 30sec.>squat 30sec.>jog 30sec.>REPEAT(1hr)
3) eat breakfast
-yogurt (non fat preferred)
-oatmeal with fruits (fiber, mineral, vitamin)
-take vitamin C supplements

Noon:
1)eat lunch:
-have a small salad (anything that has a fiber)
-then eat anything you want.

Night:
1)do the cycle(rotation)workout again (1hr)
2)stretch (helps to keep you off injuries, and helps the blood flow in your body to carry out any unnecessary fat out of your body)
3)take nice hot bath(relax your body to get rid of stress, more stress=difficulty in fat burning)
4)Eat salad (fiber intake) then eat watever you like. Long as you intake fiber before eating your meal.

sorry for the long list but making it more shorter: do cycle workout every morning and night and when you eat make sure you take a fiber before the main meal. I tried this and I lost 15 lbs. in a month.

no sweets no fats , just eat meat or fish with salad and many soups and of course drink a lot of water and tea and don't eat bread .... and join the gym... good luck

every mrng when u wake up after brush....drink luck warm water with 1 spoon honey & half lemon daily!!!! after that exe. ..n see the results...goodluck !
