distract yourself into other activities, sports, hanging out it other friends so that you'll think less and less of your loss and get back up into a fresh start.

well hun it sounds like your pretty upset just try to think of it this way...if it was REALLY meant to be then it will. I know that sounds cheezy but I do believe it.....maybe in some weird twisted way this said relattioship really wasnt meant to be & thats why you lost it.....dont be so hard on yourself, we've all lost things that we thought we would never get over but you do, I swear. LIfe is a weird cruel wonderful terrible thing & the best you can do is the best you can do, and thats just the way it is. Keep your head up & never never never quit. What you do next, is move on & find ways to be happy or at least be content w your situation for the day. You cant make it all great & you never will be able to, thats life & part of being human. If you need to chat you can email me....I try tot stay positive, its very hard but ya gotta try somethin

What you do next can't be planned. It has to be a response to reality. Great potential abounds. It's almost any where that you look and truly see what's there instead of planning for somewhere else you'd like to go.
Worrying about what is not and planning for what is not only conceal the reality of potentialities in which you are immersed.

well.. time is always necessary to move forward.
its always been painful for me to be able to let go of things. emotionally i'm very attached person. like the world is gonna end if my relationship doesn't work anymore. but now i came to see that life's not this way.
When we lost something dear, we feel out of control, we feel uncertain. we fear that a special someone might never come our way again.
But you know what?
our lives were good before they came, why can't we go back to the begining and start over? life is full of hidden meaning, we can't find them in one aspect, we have to look on the other side. unless you blind yourself to see only one way.. you gotta free yourself from it. don't fear discomfort to change. it might hurt now but long run it will help make your life worthwhile again.
a saying i always say to myself is that
"when true love fails, it is time to love yourself."
and also, only when you can stand up and love yourself, can you one day find true love again.
good luck!

First go to your doctor, who in turn he/she will know how to help you... that is why we pay them.. It sounds like a little depression.
Go on the internet, type in depression and take a test to determine if you have it. Print it out, take it to your doc, who in turn will also give you a test. There are meds out there to help with this and lots of good therapists to get you on your way to a happy healthy life again. Don't give up. Sometimes you want too, but life is way too short too. Always remember that.
Good luck

You will be always happy after gaining true knowledge. The most funniest thing in life is that we can't be anything other than happy.
