Yip, we are definitely living in the last days. I can see all of the above happening today, and here on yahoo q&a, who agrees?

I totally agree with you - as some have pointed out, only God knows when the last days are - some food for thought, nobody knows the day or the hour, but we know the times and the seasons.

After John the revelator died, hopes for Christs return should have died. Matthew 24:34 that generation is long gone, along with Jesus. The bible's prediction of scoffers is no more powerful than any mythological claims of scoffers. People who believe in fairies SHOULD expect to be scoffed at, not a very compelling prediction.

I do agree that the signs in the verses you have listed are all around us. Unfortunately this is only the begining. There are many more specific signs that have yet to occur. I confess I am torn as to whether to pray that the end comes soon or ask for it to be longer. As with many Christians I long for this world to be over, yet I see how many non-Christians there are and long for there souls to be added to the brotherhood.
