Hi There,
As long as they are well groomed, extra hair from the brows is tweased off. Having nice dark heavy eybows looks good. But you should also have the face to carry them.

BEAUTY IS IN THE EYES OF THE BEHOLDER! IF YOU ARE A FEMALE, THEY ARE NATURAL & THAT IS ALWAYS MUCH BETTER THAN THE DRAWN ON PENCIL! IF THEY ARE UNRULY, PERHAPS MINOR TRIMMING WOULD OPEN YOUR EYE AREA AND RAISE YOUR SELF ESTEEM AT THE SAME TIME. IF THIS IS NOT AN OPTION BECAUSE OF YOUR AGE OR CULTURE THEN BUY AN EYEBROW BRUSH TO KEEP THEM NEAT & TIDY.

in my opinion eyebrows are fine, just as long they are not too bushy, but the worst are the ones where women actually shaved them off and pencil in thin round marks that gives the "surprised look" effect, this is really ugly, looks also like a burnt victim.

YES. A dark and heavy brow is very 'runway'. You may still need to tweeze a few stray hairs, but I think they look better full.

I personally love dark eyebrows that are heavy they look exotic and beautiful. Plua my boy loves it to. he is sitting wit me now and he reckons that its one of the hotest things because it means your eyes stand out more

You need to consider all other facial features, it kinda like a package, on some it looks good and on some well you figure it out.

i would say as long as they are well tamed then a definite yes.
You don't want to look like those people that pluck too much and have like 10 hairs!
It's like the stars of the 50's used to wear theirs, like old school glamour.
