Money is everything till the basic necessities of life are met.
After this is met, it good to have more money so that you can avail of luxuries.
Beyond meeting your luxury needs, the desire to go after more money can only be an avoidable compulsion.
Therefore, after crossing the first need money should be a tool- used for gaining satisfaction and happiness. Many a times this comes more from things that are priceless e.g. a good friend, a close-knit family, professional expertise, etc.

Well your question is todays debate in this world..but at the end of day am at the side of money..the reason is below...
See for to come to this world also we have to pay money to the hospital people...ok means our first sec of life starts with money..and the day we die.. also we have to pay to the people where we are buried or being dugged..so our last sec
of life also requires money...
Now i agree that all money cant make life happy..but even without money u cant live..suppose if u are in love and at the end of day u get marry then whats next?There are many things that you would need in life to make your family happy and they could be there only with money..
No one will give u home or anything else free all u have to earn thats what money..
So my vote is
80% MONEY AND 20% HUMANITY..

It is really amusing to note how, whenever anyone asks this question, “Is money everything.” If the answer is “No” it is automatically construed to mean that there is NO money. Money is certainly not everything, but it is an important requirement. A necessary evil should we say.

money is necessary to fulfil your basic neccesities but once basic necessities are fulfilled, then it is required to fulfil your emotional needs. A person then requires more of it to gain importance. Believe it or not, in our society a rich person is always looked upon. Today people want money to gain acceptance in society and there are few people who are not affected by the society ethics and they are satisfied with what they have.

money is the most essential commodity in life.
i asked my friend the same question,; he asked me back if i can sell my daughter to him for a crore rupees. i said no. but i need money to buy things that my daughter wants or needs.
