I want to recomand to take limo bus. it is really comfortable and going anywhere you want to go. shortly after arrive in In-chon air port JUST ask to information which number have to take. it is great system and reasonable price! ( 15-20 us$)
Still if you don't comfortabel to take a bus then try "black taxi"( thoes taxi drivers are repuired to drive black taxi which is didn't have accident for 10 years? not sure anyway yeah certain years and more professional than usual taxies and friendly oviously MORE expensive. so, if you want to go by taxi you probably need to pay around... yeah 100 us$. cuz it is quite out side of Seoul and also traffic jam and also it depends which part of Seoul you want to be and Seoul is not that small you know.
OR take ordinary taxi. but I don't remember thoes one at the air port.

It will run you about 100 to 150 USD. I had to take a cab from Incheon to Gangnam bus terminal when I went to Japan because my plane came in late and I had to catch the bus that night. I negotiated a bit and ended up paying 90,000 won, or $90, but that is not downtown Seoul by any means and is in fact possibly closer to Incheon and this was also late at night with absolutely no traffic on the road. You would be better off taking an airport shuttle from there, only about $12.

I use on a regular basis the Limo Bus....from the Airport to Seoul Station..(Center of the City) You can exit the airport doors and go to the kiosk and ask for seoul station limo...they will tell you which kiosk...One way is 12,000 won = 13/14 $US, This is direct non-stop to Seoul Station. You can get to anywhere from this point. Trip takes about 45 mins to 1 hour. DO NOT TAKE A TAXI...and DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE PICKED UP BY THE TAXI HAWKERS!!!!!!!! HUGE RIPOFF....ps
the limo bus is very comfortable and large lounge chars that recline and footrests...+ TV

Good heavens, a taxi would be really expensive. It's about an hour-long trip, depending on traffic. Take one of the many shuttle busses - they're much cheaper. There are busses that stop at major hotels, or there is a direct bus to Seoul Station which is much faster.

I don't know how much a taxi costs but there used to be a bus service about 4 years ago from Incheon airport to the Coex centre if that is close enough for you. There are connecting bus services from the Coex centre if required.

Around 100 USD. Airport shuttle bus much cheaper, just as quick and comfy and goes right to the centre of town.

i suggest taking the limo bus.. but if you have like 6 person or more, you can call a van ( private one ) and they will take you right to the door step of your destination. i think a cab was about 60,000 won to namsan...
