okay im trying too get some pcks or just lower my chest what would be a good workout too do that and would it help if i take some protien Meds or shake somthing With Protien

lower your chest ? what do you mean by that? i would always assume that the question if you do not specifically detailed your question, but anyway .. i guess i know what you want.

lowering of your chest (you want to get the shape like batman suit right?) you should do a series of chest press, followed by decline dumbell press and also followed by incline press, this all this without giving yourself much rest in between, try it alternating days with 50% of your one max rep and do it high repitition, that way you would not hyperthrophy but you would get a lean and nicely cut shape of your chest.

the abdominal part, just do crunches, watch your calorie intake and lots of cardio. but not over do it in a day, let your abdominal rest, it is also part of your muscle. Cheers. Hope this help !
