Develop a society on a island of smart ppl in gaged in scientist exploits and endeavors mainly bio-engineering. This society would include a section for abandon children from around the world that can receive the proper education and care. These children would be taught science and respect for life.
* not to mention a section of half clad women ;) on sandy beaches

It's totally ridiculous that we (or should I say "HE") is spending that much for oil rights, when she should be focusing on helping our planet and people not only survive, but THRIVE!!!
