My house is full of siblings, who like to eat highly sugary and salty snacks, and my dad is the kind of person who puts a lot of butter and salt on things, so any tips on how I can eat healthy with all these negative influences around me?

Just dont be influence by them. Influence them back buy setting a good example, and show them how you are able to stick with it. And over time when they see how fit and healthy you look then maybe they will want to start too.

I know exactly how you feel. I have 7 brothers and sisters in my house and it is very hard to eat healthy. My advice, eat small amounts of the junk food, cutting it out all together will make you want it more. Eat heathly food normally and if they say anything do what I do. Tell them to go swallow a knife. Usually shuts them up pretty quick.

u gotta be strong in your mind, set up a goal for yourself to be healthy. as long as your sibs don't force you into eatting unhealthy stuffs, then it's all up to u to make a healthy living urself.
