increase your meal size and include carb rich foods. eat pasta/rice for dinner and make it a late one. you will gain a couple of kilos that way. a better way is to do weight lifting...heavy weights low reps and high carb diet! Do not do cardio as often.

Its just the opposite of how to become slim. But make sure that you become fat and not obese. Both of them sound the same. But fat is considered a healthy term if compared to obese.

eat like meat but dont over do it with grease! or eat chicken or double the food you eat i think if you have a high metabolism its hard!
