Well you should have started waking up earlier day by day. But since you didnt here is a tip! Whatever time you go to sleep (thinking that it is pretty late if you wake up at noon) got to bed earlier. Im saying about 8:45. That will get you about a good 8 hours of sleep. I wake up at 5:30 and go to bed at 9:00. So about 7 to 8 hours of sleep is the good average. GOOD LUCK AT YOUR NEW JOB!

tomorrow?! that's short notice! stay up now as long as possible, take a nap later today - around 1 or 2pm, then go to bed around 9 or 10pm tonight, getting up at 0645. From there on... go to bed at 10 or 11pm at night. Good luck!!
