i sleep at 6 am i think its too too late but i cant sleep also like u

YES!!!!!!! I cannot sleep. I don't know why, though. I have a very full schedule with work, family, housework, and school.
I've taken over the counter sleep aids, but they don't work. I'm so exhausted, but I still can't sleep.
I've read so many articles, taken herbal remedies, and followed the advice of so-called experts. Nothing seems to work for me.

Through out from my young day , I only sleep for 2 to 4 hrs only.
So don't worry there many the same as you.

dudete, you are not alone. It is 12:40am here and i'm in the mood to do some homework. I was sleeping and watching tv all day. But i'm chosing not to sleep, because i want to do my homework and because I don't want to sleep yet.
