is it ok if i ask a girl out if im impotent? is it right? do i need to tell her before or just see how things pan out?

Well, you can ask her out. I don't think that there is any need to tell her something at that point but if the things get serious with you two then I think you will have to tell her unless that would account for a deceit.

Of course you can ask any girl out if it starts to become serious then you may need to be honest with her .A high majority of older men have this kind of problem in one form or another .It can be caused by smoking alcohol drugs diabetes tight underpants and old age controlling these sometimes helps .Viagra is a prescription tablet that may help but is very very expensive .So if none of the above helps and you are both serious then you buy girl toys called vibraters to help satisfy her .A talk with a doctor may help you .I know a lot about this and have told you most but the doctor is professional and best help .

you won't always be impotent and there are so many other ways of satisfying her needs and yours,maybe you could just get off on others having sex and then the pressure is taken off you and the more you're around it it might just ease your mental state,i had a boyfriend about 9yrs ago was a virgin when we met and the more he thought about my past lovers the more insecure he got became impotent and then the thing that got him back up and running was going to peep shows he had to help his own self esteem by being annomous but sort of being with others ..i don't know the mind can do terrible tricks

I would see how things pan out. If you are genuine about liking her, then it shouldnt matter cuz woman dont like to be asked out just for sex. I would date her a few times, then have a talk before it becomes sexual. And if you have imagination you can still satisfy her. Use other body parts, and toys. What about Viagra?

Yes you can ask her out. You don't even know if she will be the type of girl that you want to sleep with anyhow. She might be cute but annoying. I would ask her out and see how it goes from there. Who knows sex might not even be an issue.
