The entire New Testament is the story of the final atoning sacrifice for the sins of the world. No more burnt offerings will suffice. God himself came down in the form of man like us and died for us in our place. That's how much the creater loved us.
Why do Muslims use the Bible to prove the Koran and turn around and use the Koran to disprove the Bible? I have been to many Muslim sites and always find that they use verse of the Bible either out of context or give the verse a meaning found in the Koran and not in the Bible. They say that the Bible caqn't be trusted and yet try to use it to justify their eronious conclusions.
The sad part is that even with the 'Isaiah scroll' found among the Dead Sea Scrolls, they still can't see that the Bible has not changed in 2000 years. This scroll was 2000 years old and still the same as the translations we have today, found after 2000 years in the desert untouched. The Bible is not corrupt, the Koran is.

Jesus sacrificed himself on the cross for all mankind, God loved the world so much he gave his only son. In the bible Jesus will return on doomsday when all the righteous will be taken with him to heaven (muslim or not).
God couldn't have saved his son as that would mean mankind would be doomed as Jesus paid for the sins of man on the cross.
This is why Christianity is a religion of forgivness and acceptance.

Jesus (yeshya the Messiah) Christ came to earth knowing he would die for our sins he went to the cross willingly he even told pilet that he had no control over him. at any point Jesus could have stopped it. he was crucified dead and berried but on the 3rd day he rose from the grave. and after many days during which time many saw him he did ascend to heaven in front of meny
