Don't get a girlfriend to become dependent on, get a girlfriend after you have built some stronger foundations.
Firstly get out and about to counter the loneliness. Discover what you like and have a life that you love. Develop strong friends to talk about isues with, both males and females so that you can get different perspectives of a situation. Don't be afraid to open up.
Then as you become happy with your life get a girlfriend, not that you are dependent upon her you need friends for that initially but someone who you can have fun with.

You should go to places were you can meet people and find friends, maybe you will find someone as lonely as you are and then together you can feel better.
If you don't want to go out you can talk to people in chat rooms, this can help too.

If you need someone to talk to just IM me. We can chat but make it sure its "clean". We can talk about ur problems ( i am a good listener) in the family, in school or work, anything under the sun but clean chat okay.

go to a bar or a night club, find a nice looking woman (or a woman equal to u, i don't know how u look) and start talking to her. this is how usually men meet women
