You say its a small village. What better way than to go around the village and meet the people personally. Or enrol few childern and teach them earnestly. They will be your advertisers.

what u can do is to announce that u r giving all children of the village a small treat of nominal cost and then u explain how nice it would be to them if they attend ur school.Then auotlatically people will flow in.
