On average, a guy thinks about sex almost every six seconds. Any physical relation can spontaneously ignite arousal just because of the sheer anticipation. It seems almost constant, though most have learned to tune it out and live our lives with our ideas/concepts in the dark. When words like those hit the ears of most males, it just turns on the light.
