when u have bipolar do u have feelings of terror and just kind of zone out and not know what is going on? it scares me.

This to me almost sounds like a panic attack...or the zoning maybe a mild seizure? Have you talked to a Dr.?

I can't tell from your question if you are asking if you are bipolar or not? Are you?
Terror isn't usually a symptom of bipolar disease, it is usually anxiety that causes terror, and confusion.
I would suggest either way that you get to see a doctor, or if you have one, your psychiatrist.
