I have removed all i could from start up bar, but there is still stuff there that slows down windows while loading. Is there some system file that can be changed manually to get rid of that junk ?

What are you trying to get rid of.. There are some things there that dont affect the start up.. such as volumne and remove hardware safely.. Are you sure it is in the right hand part of the task bar... I would suggest.. unchecking everything in your system configuration utility except your antivirus and anything you may need to open an internet connection.. Then add back just what you need if necessary..

click Start>Run. then type in msconfig and hit enter. Click the startup tab. and uncheck whatever u dont want starting up with windows. make sure its not a necessary process. then hit ok or whatever, and it will tell u to restart your computer.
