If you google free photoshop programs you will find a few 30 day trials of photoshop.

there's one with a free trial, if you're looking for a permanent photoshop and you'll use it more than a few times, spend the money and buy it.

Some people say gimp is almost like photoshop and it's free.

I think Adobe has one, if you down load adobe acrobat reader it just comes along
