Most of us celebrate April fool day every year and fool each other. But how many of us know the bitter facts hidden behind it. It was around a thousand years ago that Spain was ruled by Muslims. And the Muslim power in Spain was so strong that it couldn't be destroyed. The Christians of the west wished to wipe out Islam from all parts of the world and they did succeed to quite an extent. But when they tried to eliminate Islam in Spain and conquer it, they failed. They tried several times but never succeeded.
The unbelievers then sent their spies in Spain to study the Muslims there and find out what was the power they possessed and they found that their power was TAQWA. The Muslims of Spain were not just Muslims but they were practicing Islam. They not only read the Quran but also acted upon it. When the Christians found the power of the Muslims they started thinking of strategies to break this power. So they started sending alcohol and cigarettes to Spain free of cost. This technique of the west worked out and it started weakening the faith of the Muslims in particular the young generation of Spain.
The result was that the Catholics of the west wiped out Islam and conquered the entire Spain bringing an end to the EIGHT HUNDRED LONG YEARS' RULE OF THE MUSLIMS in Spain. The last fort of the Muslims to fall was Grenada (Gharnatah), which was on the 1st of April. From that year onwards, every year they celebrate April fools day on the 1st of April, celebrating the day, they made a fool of the Muslims. They did not make a fool of the Muslim army at Gharnatah only, but of the whole Muslim Ummah.

Just looked through several encyclopedia articles about April Fool's Day, and the Muslims weren't mentioned at all. Not saying that you don't have a point here, but it might help your case if you gave some serious documentation.

You might want to get your facts straight before you go spouting your garbage. Here is whati got when I googled length of muslim rule in spain "Over time, the nature and length of this "Golden Age" has become a subject of debate. Unless your hears are only 150 days long, thereis no way in hell they amount to 800 years. And I suspect the rest is lies as well.

Tobacco was not introduced to the Old World until Columbus discovered that there was a New World, America. Are you saying that the Christians sent cigarettes back about half a millennium in time as well as across land. I think that maybe someone told you an April fool's joke there.

Catholics as a whole have demonstrated far more tolerance in this modern day world than many Protestants.
Besides, you can't really judge every single member of a religion by an event that occured thousands of years ago. If that were the case we could say all Muslims were insane due to that wee little incident with the planes a while back. Mmmmhmmm....but that would be wrong because there are good and bad Muslims in the world just as there are good and bad Christians in the world...
...just as there are good and bad pies in the world...just as there are good and bad guard dogs in the world....shall I go on?

You have alot of that correct, but it was not christians that did this it was satan parading as christians. The bible says that there is a group that claims to be Jewish but they are not and that they claim to be christians but they are not, they are satans work man masqerading as these groups, and it is happening in the muslims groups to , where the evil lies . But neither one of these are the real anointed of God. So try and discern the evil but it is not always as it appears, satan is the prince of this world still and the bible says he still controls the airwaves, the media. Here is the truth, this will get me killed, There are a group of the worlds richest men and they own everything and want more, they are getting the world ready for there god, but it is not the God of the bible or the quran, it is what the bible calls satan himself, he will show up as anti christ claiming he is the secound comeing and arise on the world scene as a politacal leader! This is the secret hidden agenda of these men, to usher in satan as the one world leader, and they will succeed, because the God of the bible has wrote it that way, and for a short time he will have power, but then Jesus comes in Glory and rescues all of us from the evil one, muslims, jews and christians , and everyone who will believe! And at that time he will deal very harshy with this other group doing all the evil, claiming they are jews but are not, and claiming to be christians, and are not and claiming to be muslims, but are not. God says they talk but there hearts are not with him and they do not know him, WHY, because they are participating in pagan with craft and it is a secret socetiey worshiping satan in secret. History says they gave them a choice to accept Christianity or leave. That's almost the same conditions imposed on them when the Moors invaded. The difference is that the Islamic Moors imposed a jizya (tax) on the non-Muslims. Christians (Catholics) finally resisted the sword and fought back. The Christians regained a MAJORITY and gave the invaders a choice: leave or die, not convert or die
