it's not a disease but sometimes i think people's teeth bleed when they brush too hard into theri gums. i am preety sure that it's not that serious unless you are bleeding very much. but you should call a local dentist that you know and ask them about it! i hope this helps!

Bleeding gums, bad breath are usually the symptom of Gingivitis.Gingivitis is the inflammation of the gums (gingiva) around the teeth. It could be due to the food debris, or Plaque/tartar and bacteria may or due to improper cleaning of teeth, or by injury to the gums from over-vigorous brushing. The condition is generally reversible. The symptoms of gingivitis are as follows:
Swollen gums
Mouth sores
Bright-red, or purple gums
Shiny gums
Gums that are painless, except when touched
Gums that bleed easily, even with gentle brushing
Gums that itch with varying degrees of severity
Receding gumline

Brushing teeth thoroughly, but gently, with toothpaste and flossing with dental floss are the best ways to prevent gingivitis Anti-bacterial rinses or mouthwash may reduce the swelling and local mouth gels which are usually antiseptic and anaesthetic can also help. You need take good oral care, And visit your dentist he will clean/scale your teeth. He will suggest medicines..

You may be brushing too hard but it sounds like you could have Gingivitis or some other gum problem. Your dentist can tell you. Just because your teeth are nice a pearly doesn't mean your gums are healthy.

Yes, maybe you should go see you dentist to rule gum disease out but you could also lack vitamin C so start taking your vitamins in the mean time until you are able to see a dentist. Good luck!!

It could be gingivitis; however, sometimes when you have plaque build up that, too, can cause it. I agree that you need a visit with your dentist for a cleaning of your teeth and evaluation of your gums.

Gingivitis probably. Maybe you need a soft toothbrush and make sure you are brushing properly. Not being overly rough while brushing.
