Don't go to sleep at daylight, but stay awake and force yourself to stay awake until your normal bed time. You should enjoy a good night's sleep tomorrow night and be out of the unhealthy sleeping pattern. If you ever have trouble getting to sleep at normal bed time again, then drink some camomile tea.

Setting up a regular routine before retiring helps. To break the cycle of sleeping really late in the day, set an alarm, make yourself get up about 30 minutes earlier each day until your body readjusts to a daytime schedule. A long hot bath and a cup of hot cocoa are helpful and feel so good too!

Ok- not really a natural method, however you do not have to ingest anythig. Take some Vics vapor rub and smear it all over the bottom of your feet- then put socks on. Your cough should be gone or at least be better soon. Hope this helps. I don't like taking meds either so this helps.

You need to reassign your Body clock and get it back into a Normalized rhythm!!
Get out in the morning(Daylight) and get Fresh air!,Walk and stay awake (If Possible).
Activity will stimulate your Brain to release Awake Chemicals!
It may take a Couple of days to get your body clock back to a Normal sleep pattern!
Like getting over Long-Haul jet lag! Just persevere!

go to bed when you should and dont get up, then set your clock and force yourself to get up about 9 am, if you do this for about three days you will be so tired you cant help but go to sleep. warm milk helps some people, make it cocoa if you cant stand plain milk , or hom an ancient viking drink of warm milk with honey and nutmeg. warm bath, gentle exercise like yoga streaches and deep breathing, then soft gentle music to sleep to.

Well, for a start, if you dislike studying, grab a textbook and start reading it till you fall asleep. If that doesnt help, try listening to your mp3 player in the bed. If that doesnt help too, try the traditional way of sheep counting!
Just close your eyes and listening your breathing, it helps too!
