The immigrant was here on a 6 month tourist visa and stayed a year and a half and was then not allowed admittance to the u.s. Can we do anything to hire her to work on our farm? Are there any other ways for her to be allowed to return to the u.s.?

People like you are one of the problems in this country and you should be sued or jailed for hiring an illegal immigrant. Illegal if you don't know that is against the law. Why don't you hire someone that is legally here? Dont want to pay taxes? Too cheap to pay someone well?

This has gotten to the point where it's not even funny anymore. This woman already stayed a year longer than she was entitled to.There are immigration LAWS in this country. Why are these LAWS continually being ignored? Other immigrants have become citizens of this country, by following the procedure necessary to do so.What make them invalid now?

people like you disgust me, of all the legal people that need jobs to support their family you want to bring an illegal that has already broken the law for over a year. they should prosecute you too if you knew she was here and hired her, you should be ashamed, especially if you are an american farmer, you give the good ones a bad name.

I would forget about it and hire an American or legal immigrant willing to work for you at fair, Union wages.

real smart seth, have someone in the family marry her. sheesh.

hire someone else to do her job. she has broken the law and so have you if you had her working for you after her visa expired.

not good.

No, I hope not. If she has been denied entry, there is probably a reason - perhaps a criminal record or whatever.
