they rate in resturant that filet mingon is the best steak of course as far as being tender the flavor in my opinion is to highly rated for the price a good new york strip or even a tbone which will cost you much less over the counter in the market and you would have just as much flavor and tender and get more for your money...as far as resturants go i would if it is prepared right a nice serving of prime rib than a filet ......maybe it could be that the marbling and the fat may add something to the flavor...

Anything you order as a main, pay a fortune for in a restaurant, to soothe a chef's ego about their interpretation of artistic decoration!
Apart from that little spit........I think if you are hungry enough you'll eat what's put in front of you...least that's what I've told my kids!!!!!

Chicken wings !
Half of my family has at one time or another worked for Tyson foods. Probably the largest producerd of poultry products in this country.
Years ago, chicken wings were thrown away. Then, because you could boil them and make soup, they sold them (for next to nothing) to big companies like Campbell Soup, to make chicken soup out of...
Enter, "Buffalo Wings"... and other varities of chicken wings. Some sweet, some sour, some sweet and sour, some hot, some not so hot... All of a sudden, chicken wings cost more than chicken legs or thighs. Check it out the next time your in Walmart... A lot of times, you can even buy chicken breasts cheaper than chicken wings.
There is no meat to speak of on a chicken wing. There is no exceptional flavor to a chicken wing. Yet, their selling tons of them because they have convinced us, "eat more chicken wings.
Besides, I like my chicken wings with more Louisiana Hot Sauce than the Tabasco Sauce tasting stuff...

Sushi.....without wasabi, soy sauce and/or ginger no sushi would have any flavor at all. Another one....raw oysters - feel like a big cold snot ball when you swallow them.
