i lost so much weight and i dont find being slim very amusing. besudes all of my clothes dont fit.. please help me on tips and ways to gaun weight

A well balanced diet so as to keep nutritionally fit is the most important strategy whether trying to loose or gain weight.

If trying to gain, in addition to eating three regular meals, you can add in 2 or 3 smaller meals. The calorie content is most important in gaining...naturally the more calories you can take in, the more weight you will put on. There are also meal supplements you can drink and enjoy in between meals which are nutritionally healthy and high in calories. There are a wide variety of brand names and flavors to choose from.

I would of course see your doctor first for a complete physical, to make sure you are healthy and not loosing weight due to a medical reason. Always let your doctor know what you are planning regarding your weight gain. If there are any medical problems such as Diabetes, high cholesterol etc...that may restrict your intake of certain types of foods. Also make sure your doctor is aware of any medications you are taking, including over the counter drugs.

Eat dinner a few minutes/or an hour before you sleep. Your metabolism is so low at night, there's no way it could use up your dinner's energy; it has to turn into stored energy - i.e. weight.
