seems like we really like each other, we're affectionate, care for each other, make each other laugh, really enjoy our time together. he went away to college 2 hours away but we talk and flirt all time time. I am going to ask him if he likes anyone now and if he says he likes me should I ask him if he wants me to be his g/f?like to confirm we're together or what should I ask him next not to put pressure on him or put him on the spot.thanks

Guys typically like not to be tied down. But that doesn't mean they won't let themselves be, and it of course it depends on the individuals.

If i was him and i liked you then i would have already asked you to be my girlfriend. All these questions would be putting him on the spot and he may say yes just to please you. So in this case you probably have to be more subtle and ask him smaller questions. Like how much he likes you? how much he misses you? has he got anything he'd like to ask you? etc. But the key to making these questions subtle is only ask in a way that is lighthearted. In other words a more joking atmosphere so that he is not uncomfortable to reveal that to you.

Guys don't like to feel weak compared to women so i think that the easier you keep making it for him to ask you to be his girlfriend the sooner he will. And if he really likes you he will ask :)

But if all else fails and its taking forever and you know he wants to be closer than do not be afraid to ask him to be your boyfriend!

Good luck girl! :)

Don't ask him straight away!

You'll put him on the spot and you'll make the poor guy run!! If he really really like you then he wouldve ask you.

Rather wait and be patient & let the relationship drive its own course! If you gonna rush things then you'll just spoil a good thing! Through hints at him but DO NOT ask him straight away - you know guys & commitment ................ they run if you wanna get serious to soon. Enjoy what you guys have know!

Good luck - pumpkin pur (i like the name)

You are a girl, smarter than the guy obviously. Let him ask you. Make him ask you. I can't tell you how. You are a girl you should know.
But If I were that guy, I am shy by the way, I would be happy if someone takes the burden off of me.

The only way you will know is if you ask & the worst that can happen is he'll say no.Then you're in the same position but at least you know. Go for it. Try never to be should've could've if I only asked. Good luck

You cant expect this relationship to last. He is having way to many experiences 2 hours away from you to even think about being faithful to you. Dont even try it, you will only end up hurt.

I would say that you are going to put him on the spot. Let your friendship develop first and let him take the initiative. You need some patience. If you rush this, he may run.

Instead of asking, you should express your intention with your action.
