Speed walk while squeezing your behind & thighs every other step. Also try an elliptical machine if you go to a health club. Forward lunges & side lunges are great also.

lay on your back and lift your legs in the air as much in a 90 degree angle as possible. open and close your legs like scissors. This will help.

lay on one side and lift your leg up and down. Keep your legs parallel. Do these repetitively and often and you will see a big difference. Also running and walking may help

Walking or running at least 30 minutes a day. You could also use a treadmill, if you can afford one. Or could join a gym that has one,

YOGA. it's refreshing, requires no equipment, and is area-specific. also, walk more and lie down and perform cycling movements.

take those cycling classes at a gym, they are pretty intense... As well the STAIR MASTER!!!!!!!
