Are you asking about transplanting pig insulin cells into a human pancreas?
Are you asking about other parts of a pig like a heart valve?
They are done in rare cases.

NOt sure what you are asking.
My friend with cancer is going to a naturalist for alternative treatments. SHe takes "pork pancreas" capsules as part of her special diet.
She was healed of cancer when doctors said she had little hope. SHe thinks the pig pancreas had a lot to do with it.
