I need to know what it took to have that experience, and how you finally obtained it. What in your life has changed? How long did you have to use kriya and meditate before it happened for you?

Hi Rossina, I personally haven't started my lessons yet but my boyfriend has gotten his kriyas. He told me that his life has changed. He says that when he recieved his kriya initiation, he felt his thrid eye open - he felt blessings being poured into him. His experience was phsyical. He had to go to his car to sit in the quiet, once he got his kriya and when he looked into his eyes, he saw them shinning.
The lessons, from what I know of them, teach the student how to meditate, how to lead their lives - to simplify, to build discipline. These things bring us closer to self realization by prune-ing the unneccessary branches of ourlives.

Wow! I am sure if one has reached this height of both spirituality and wisdom, You would not be seeking them you would surely know they are close by, You have simply over looked!
